母婴同室床旁护理健康宣教在优质护理服务中的效果评价

摘要 目的:探讨母婴同室床旁护理健康宣教在优质护理服务中的作用。方法:将现阶段开展优质护理服务以来入院的420例产妇作为观察组,未开展优质护理服务时入院顺利分娩221例产妇作为对照组,比较两组产妇满意度及其对新生儿护理操作掌握程度,进行统计学分析。结果:观察组护理满意度(95.25%)与对照组(93.62%)比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.298,P<0.05)。观察组新生儿护理操作掌握程度分别为母乳喂养知识100.0%、母婴保健知识99.04%、新生儿抚触知识97.86%、新生儿沐浴知识96.67%,对照组分别为82.81%、95.48%、94.57%、90.95%,χ2值分别为7.453、4.304、4.283、5.102,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:优质护理服务开展以来,母婴同室床旁护理健康宣教提高护理服务满意度,提升了产妇的新生儿护理知识,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of rooming - in bedside nursing health education in the high quality nursing service. Methods: 420 cases of maternal in the observation group, were given the high quality nursing service,221 eases of maternal in the control group, were not given the high quality nursing service, compared two groups of maternal satisfaction and neonatal care operation, and done some statistical analysis. Results:Satisfaction of the observation group was 95.25%, and the control group was 93.62% ,there was statistical difference( X2 = 5. 298, P 〈 0.05 ). Master degree of neonatal nursing in the observation group were breastfeeding knowledge 100%, maternal and child health knowledge 99.04%, neonatal massage knowledge 97.86% , neonatal bath knowledge 96.67% , and the control group were 82.81% , 95.48 % , 94.57 %, 90.95 % , ~2 were 7. 453,4. 304,4. 283,5.102, there were statistical differences(P 〈0.05 or 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:Since the launching of high quality nursing service, rooming - in bedside nursing health education to improve health education satisfaction, improved maternal newborn care knowledge, worthy of promotion.
