摘要
目的：探讨白内障术后低视力的主要原因。方法：对白内障术后低视力92只眼进行跟踪随访及回顾性分析。结果：白内障术后低视力情况：光感～，26只眼，0．05～，15只眼；0．1～0．3，51只眼。低视力原因：高度近视18只眼，糖尿病性视网膜病变12只眼，年龄相关性黄斑变性12只眼，青光眼术后12只眼，手术并发症8只眼，其它30只眼。结论：白内障术前需详细检查，充分估计患者可能并发的其它病变，对术后视力正确评估，降低患者术后预期，更好地规避手术风险。
Objective ： To investigate the causes of low vision after cataract surgery. Methods： Follow - up and retrospective analysis of 92 eyes of low vision after cataract surgery. Results：The data of low vision after cataract surgery：from light perception to 0.05 in 26 eyes, lower than 0. 1 in 15 eyes, lower than 0.3 in 51 eyes. The reasons of low vision：high myopia in 18 eyes, diabetic retinopathy in 12 eyes, age -related macular degeneration in 12 eyes, after glaucoma filtering operation in 12 eyes, operation complication in 8 eyes, and the other in 30 eyes. Conclusion：We should do detailed examination and estimate the patients who may be associated with other diseases before cataract surgery, assess the postoperative visual accurately, reduce the patients expected, avoid operation risk better.
