我国电信企业必须正视加入WTO带来的挑战 ,抓住机遇 ,转变观念 ,积极推进管理体制改革 ,不断进行业务重组 ,顺应全球一体化趋势。
Emphasise should be put on the threats to China telecommunication company from WTO.Mean while we must catch the development opportunities from WTO,change our ideas,actively prompt to reform management system,and carry-out to reconstruct business for following global economic trend.
