摘要
本文根据经济规制理论 ,对我国基础产业的经济性规制进行了考察和分析 ,并结合产业组织政策的制定 ,提出了基础产业经济性规制的改革设想。
According to the theory of economical regulations,this paper investigates and analyzes the basic industries’ regulations of our country.And it also puts forward some reforming suggestions for basic industries by incorporating with the making of industrial organization policies.
