摘要
基于昆明、杭州、厦门、信阳四个茶叶主产区575份调研数据,分析了我国部分城市居民的茶叶消费行为。结果表明,茶类消费呈多样化趋势,但绿茶仍是茶叶消费的主流;多数消费者购买茶叶时,首选茶叶专卖店和超市,且主要用于家庭消费;此外,茶叶质量不易识别成为消费者的最大困惑。因此,应注重产品的多元化经营,不断降低成本,规范商业服务,不断加强质量监管等措施来促进居民的茶叶消费。
Investigates the consumption behavior of Chinese urban residents based on 575 tea consumers from Kunming, Hangzhou, Xiamen and Xinyang as samples. The results show that although there is a diversified trend on tea consumption, green tea is still the mainstream of tea consumption. Most consumers preferred to buy tea in tea stores and supermarkets, and tea is mainly used for household consumption. Moreover, the biggest confusion for consumers is that the tea quality is not easy to identify. Therefore, in order to promote the tea consumption of the residents, it should focus on the product diversification, continuous cost reduction, commercial service normalization and constant quality supervision strengthening.
