摘要
治理澄通河段不仅是稳定长江口南支进口段河势的基础,也是实现深水航道上延和促进两岸经济社会发展的迫切需要。在分析长江澄通河段综合整治规划背景及其河道演变特征的基础上,针对福姜沙汊道段、如皋沙群汊道段、通州沙汊道段存在的主要问题,提出了相应的规划治理目标与规划总体方案,并分析了总体方案以及已实施规划方案的治理效果与相关影响。可为该河段后续综合整治工作提供参考。
The comprehensive harnessing for Chengtong Reach, a river reach in Yangtze Estuary, can not only stabilize river regime of the inlet of south channel at Yangtze Estuary, but also is favorable for upstream extension of navigation channel and e- conomy development of both left and right banks. Through studying the fluvial evolution characteristics and the background of the harnessing project, we propose the harnessing objectives as well as general implementation scheme for the reach, especially for Fujiangsha braided reach, Rugao braded reach, Tongzhousha braided reach, and analyze the effects of the general scheme as well as impacts of several buih projects.
