摘要 开发设计了建筑电气防火检测模拟实验台。实验台由设备故障与可燃气体挥发模拟实验箱、插座模拟实验箱和配电柜模拟实验箱3部分组成,可以实现导线过载发热模拟、故障放电模拟、三相插座接线检测、动力插座相序检测、接地电阻测量等11个电气防火检测子项目的模拟实验。实验台可以作为建筑电气防火检测设备讲解和演示的平台,也可以根据《电气防火检测技术规范》DB11/065—2010设置相应的检测项目,满足学生的教学实践需要。应用结果表明实验台的开发和应用对培养学生动手能力,启发学生创新思维,调动学生学习积极性均起到促进作用。 The platform was designed to meet the demand of teaching practice of electrical fire prevention and fire monitoring engineering. It consists of equipment failures and flammable gas experimental box, sockets box, and electrical cabinet. 11 experiments, such as detect heating due to overload, detect fault discharge, 3 phase socket detection, connection of power outlets detection, and measurement of the grounding resistance, can be implemented by using this platform. The platform is original in structure, easy to modify, and can be used for educational purposes and can illustrate the use of detection equipment. According to DBI 1/065-2010, Code for Inspection and Test on Electrical Fire Prevention of Beijing, a series of test items were designed for the purpose of teaching practice requirement. It has been proved that the development and implementation of this experiment platform can no~ only encourage students to practice, hut also motivate the students' innovative initiative.
