摘要 以棉杆屑部分替代木屑作为栽培主料进行香菇(Lentinulaedodes)秋季袋栽试验,筛选最佳配方,综合分析不同培养料配方的主要成分、子实体农艺性状及其主要营养成分。结果表明,配方B(40%棉杆屑,40%木屑,18%麸皮,1%石膏粉和1%碳酸钙)在菌丝生长速度、生物学效率、中型菇(菌盖直径3~5cm)比例以及子实体中粗蛋白与粗多糖含量方面与常规培养料配方的栽培效果相当,表明棉杆屑可部分替代木屑用于香菇秋季栽培。 Two strains of Lentinula edodes (Q7 and L607) were cultivated on growth substrates (prepared in late August and inoculated in early September) in which the sawdust component was replaced with varying amounts of cotton stalks. Both strains grew well on a substrate (formula B) composed of 40% cotton stalks, 40% sawdust, 18% wheat bran, 1% gypsum and 1% calcium carbonate and, in each case, mycelial growth, biological efficiency, crude protein and polysaccharide content of fruit bodies, and the percentage of medium size pilei (3- 5 cm diameter) were similar to values recorded with a conventional substrate (80% sawdust, 18% wheat bran, 1% gypsum and 1% calcium carbonate). Our data indicated that cotton stalks can be used as a partial substitute for sawdust in a substrate suitable for the bag cultivation of L. edodes during autumn.
