摘要
结合工程实例,讨论了电镀废水的综合处理方法和原理。结合山东泰开高压开关厂电镀废水处理项目,设计了一套处理电镀废水的一体化设备,铬、氰分别用化学还原法与双氧水氧化法进行预处理,后续流程用碱性沉淀法处理酸碱重金属。该工艺设备少、造价低、效果稳定,耐水质水量冲击能力强,出水水质达标。
With an engineering example,the comprehensive methods and principle of electroplating wastewater treatment are discussed.Combined with an electroplating wastewater treatment project of Shandong Taikai High Voltage Switch Factory,a set of integrated electroplating wastewater treatment equipment is designed,in which chromium and cyanide are pretreated by chemical reduction and hydrogen peroxide oxidation respectively,and alkaline precipitation method is used in the follow-up process to treat acid and alkali heavy metals.The process,needing less equipment,is low in construction cost,stable in effect and strong in resisting the impact from water quality and quantity,and the treated wastewater is up to the standards.
