摘要
通过现场勘查,在充分收集改建河段水文气象、历史洪水、河道冲淤、河势变化、河道整治工程现状及规划资料的基础上,分析了堤防改建河段河道行洪、河道冲淤、河势变化的规律及特点,计算壅水和冲刷情况,对堤防改建工程项目建设可能给河道防洪、河岸防护、安全度汛、工程管理等方面造成的不利影响进行了分析,并提出了防治、补救措施,以期对类似工程提供具有参考价值的方案。
On the basis of site survey and full collection of the information of the hydrology and meteorology,flood,river siltation,and river regime change in the river section to be rebuilt,and the information of river project and planning,the regularity and characteristics of dike rebuilding were analyzed with respect to river flood,river siltation and river regime change,the backwater and scouring were calculated,the adverse effects of the dike reconstruction project on flood control,river bank protection,the safety of flood season and project management were analyzed,and the prevention and remedial measures were proposed.This paper has the reference value to the similar engineering.
