摘要
本文在概述纳米摩擦学概念,原子力显微镜原理及发展的基础上,介绍了原子力显微镜在纳米摩擦学研究包括纳米摩擦、纳米磨损及边界润滑研究等方面的应用。
The basic concept of nanotribology and the principle of the atomic force microscope (AFM)are described in this paper. The applications of AFM to the research of nanofriction, nanowear,and boundary lubrication are reviewed .
