摘要
以自制硅丙乳液为基料,聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺为基本膨胀阻燃体系,加入纳米氢氧化镁和膨胀石墨制成膨胀型防火涂料。通过耐火实验考察各阻燃成分的用量对涂料耐火时间和膨胀炭层的影响,通过热重分析研究防火涂料的热稳定性。结果显示,硅丙乳液与膨胀阻燃体系的最优质量比为l:(2~2.5),聚磷酸盐、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇的最优质量比为3.5:1:1,可膨胀石墨和纳米氢氧化镁最佳含量为6%和1%;防火涂料厚2mm,在1000℃酒精喷灯下,105min时样品背温≤200℃;添加可膨胀石墨和纳米氢氧化镁可以明显降低涂层的热失重率,提高涂层热稳定性。
Using homemade silicone-acrylate emulsion as thebinder, ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol, melamine as basic intumescent system, and adding nanometer magnesium hydroxide and graphite, the intumescent fire retardant coating was made. By fire test the influence of retardant composition dosage to the refractory time of fireproof coating and expansion carbon layer were studied, and by thermal gravimetric analysis the thermal stability of the fireproof coating was studied. Re- sults showed that the best mass ratio of silicone-acrylate emul- sion and intumescent system is i : (2-2.5) ; the best mass ra tio of ammonium polyphosphate, melamine and pentaerythritol is 3.5 - 1 : 1; the best proportion of graphite and nanometer magnesium hydroxide are 6% and 1% when the coating is 2 mm thick, the alcohol burner is 1 000℃, after 105 min the temperature on the back of sample is lower than 200 ℃ ; adding nanometer magnesium hydroxide and graphite can decrease the heat loss rate and increase the thermal stability.
