摘要
根据滚齿加工误差的成因 ,提出滚齿加工误差补偿方案。在此基础上 ,对滚齿加工误差的综合补偿技术进行了实验研究。实验结果表明 ,采用这里提出的滚齿加工误差综合补偿方案可使被加工齿轮的运动精度提高 2~ 4级 ,工作平稳性精度提高 1~ 3级。
A hobbing error compensation method is proposed according to the factors of forming the hobbing error. On the basis of the above discussion, the comprehensive compensation of hobbing gear is studied experimentally. It is proved with experiments that the motion accuracy of machined gear is enhanced for 2~4 grades, the smooth accuracy is enhanced for 1~3 grades.
