摘要
大批量定制生产与精益生产方式都比大批量生产具有更大的柔性。本文从多方面对大批量定制生产与精益生产方式作了比较，表明这两种生产方式有很大程度的不同，应根据企业的实际情况选择企业的发展战略。
Mass Customization and Lean Production are more flexible than the Mass Production and used to overcome the shortage of Mass Production. In the paper, the comparison between Mass Customization and Lean Production is made from different views. The result showed that there is a great difference between two production modes. The different development strategy should be adopt according to the real case of the enterprise. Mass Customization is the further development of Lean Production. Lean Production is the good base for the implement of Mass Customization. The group technology can play important role in the transition from Lean Production to Mass Customization.
