摘要
广东是沿海发达城市,农村图书资源建设状况直接影响广东的经济社会发展。目前广东的农家书屋、农村图书室、流动图书馆等工程建设取得一定进展,一定程度上提高了农民知识文化水平。但因政府职能弱化、个性化服务水平不高、区域差异显著等原因造成文化环境建设薄弱、信息服务力度不够、信息针对性不强等。本文分析了广东的农村图书资源建设现状与实际需求,提出了提高广东农村图书资源服务水平的对策。
Construction status of rural library resources significantly influences the economic and social developments of Guangdong province, a developed coastal area. Currently, the peasants＇ reading-room, rural libraries and mobile libraries and other related projects have made apparent progress in Guangdong, which greatly improves the knowledge of farmers. However, the weakness of government functions, low level of personalized service and significant regional differences, caused weakening construction of cultural environment, inadequate information services and unfocused information target. This paper analyzes the construction status and actual demand of rural library resources of Guangdong, and raises some countermeasures to improve the service levels of rural library resources.
