苯乙烯装置DA-404苯/甲苯分离塔技术改造

摘要 某公司自苯乙烯装置扩产后,由于原料组成发生变化,原DA-404塔苯/甲苯分离塔已不能满足要求。通过技术改造,分析了改造前后运行状况,改造后DA-404塔运行状况良好,塔釜苯含量降为0.2%,减少了苯损失,提高了经济效益。 After the production expansion of a styrene unit in a company, the original DA-404 tower benzene / toluene separation tower could not meet the requirements any more owing to the changes in the composition of raw materials. Through technological innovation, analysis on running conditions before and after the reconstruction was conducted. It was found that the new DA-404 tower was evaluated having a good running condition after the reconstruction; the content of benzene at rectifier bottom was decreased to 0.2%, being beneficial for reducing the loss of benzene and improving the economic efficiency.
