摘要
结合热作模具的高温工作环境及其失效情况,设计了一种新型的热作模具钢,并获得了最优的热处理工艺。实际应用结果显示,所设计的模具钢符合热作模具工况要求,其使用寿命较3Cr2W8V钢、HM1钢均有提升。
According to high temperature work environment and the failure status of hot forging die steel, a new type of hot forging die was designed, and the optimal heat treatment process was obtained. The practical application results show the designed die steel can meet the work environment requirements, compared with 3Cr2W8V steel and HM1 steel, the die steel has a longer service life.
