摘要
提出了一种新的用机械滚压技术来处理304不锈钢表面的方法,研究了不同环境下该技术对材料表面组织结构及硬度的影响。结果表明,与液氮环境相比,室温空气环境下经过表面机械滚压处理的试样表面晶粒更细化。随着距离表面深度的增加,试样硬度降低,但均高于未经滚压的样品。表面机械处理过程中形成的机械孪晶、残余应力以及大量形变马氏体是试样硬度提升的主要原因。
A new surtdce mechanical rolling technology in processing 304 stainless steel was developed, and the effect of the technology on the surthce microstructure and hardness of the steel under different conditions was investigated. The results show that the surface crystal grains are refined after mechanical rolling under room temperature and air conditions by comparing with liquid nitrogen conditions. Hardness of the samples decreases with the increase of the depth far from sample surtce, but hardness of the samples exceed that of the sample without mechanical rolling. The mechanical twin crystals, residual stress and a large number of deformned martensites derived from surface mechanical rolling are responsible for enhanced hardness.
