肺部B超在重症加强治疗病房及急诊中的应用

摘要
肺是一个富含空气的器官，正常情况下不适合B超检查，因此，很多教科书都没有肺部B超的章节，传统的影像技术是以CT检查作为肺部影像的金标准。但在ICU或急诊，当患者情况不允许做CT，而床旁胸片义无法提供足够的信息时，正是B超检查提供了越来越多的诊断和治疗信息，发挥了不可替代的作用。
