摘要
目的探究张仲景脾系疾病的用药规律。方法将《伤寒杂病论》中的条文,按照脾系统所涉及到的疾病依次归类,统计脾系用药的功效、四气、五味、归经、前十五味药物。结果功效用药依次为补虚药、解表药、温里药、化痰止咳平喘药、清热药、泻下药、利水渗湿药、理气药、活血化瘀药、化湿药等;四气用药依次为温、寒、平、热、凉;五味用药依次为甘、辛、苦、咸、酸;归经用药依次为脾经、肺经、心经、肝经、肾经;前15味药物依次为甘草、生姜、半夏、大枣、干姜、芍药、人参、桂枝、附子、大黄、白术、茯苓、黄芩、枳实、厚朴、黄连。结论张仲景用药灵活严谨,其脾系用药规律概括为"回复纳运,调理升降,多用甘药,注重整体,寒温并用,以温为主,虚则太阴,实则阳明,兼顾虚实,苦辛通降"40字。
Objective： To explore the rule of Zhang Zhongjing＇s spleen system diseases medication regular pat- tern. Methods： The diseases of spleen meridian based on the content in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscel- laneous Diseases were classified. Collection The efficacy of using medicines of spleen meridian,four properties, five tastes, meridian tropism and top fifteen kinds of drugs were collected. Results： The order of efficacy of taking drugs： tonic drugs, diaphoretic drugs, interior-warming drugs, expectorant cough suppressant and anti-asthmatic drugs, antipyretics drugs, diarrhea drugs ,water and dampness-eliminating drugs ,qi-regulating drugs ,invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis drugs, transforming dampness drugs and so on. In turn of four properties： warm,cold,neutral,and hot. The order of five tastes： sweet,acrid,bitter,salty and sour. In turn of meridian tropism： spleen meridian ,lung meridian,heart meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian. The top fifteen kinds of drugs were Licorice,Fresh Ginger,Pinellia,Ziziphi Fruit,Dried Ginger,Peony,Ginseng,Cinnamon Twig,A- conite, Rhubarb, Atraetylodes Alba, Poria, Scutellaria, Auranti Immaturus, Magnolia Bark and Coptis. Conclusion： Zhang zhongjing is perfect in taking medicines;the rule of Medication is that opsonizing and recovering stomach and spleen, recuperating the movement of qi, remembering to always use sweet drugs ,paying attention on the whole body,taking warm and cold drugs at the same time,warming chest yang,treating asthenia from spleen and sthenia from stomach and large intestine, considering both of them, pungent dispersing and bitter descending.
