摘要
在介绍海岸建设退缩线的由来和应用情况的基础上,重点阐述了根据自然过程的影响范围,海岸带类型和社会经济特征确定退缩距离的方法,并结合我国海岸带的状况,对我国设置海岸建设退缩线提出了初步设想。海岸建设退缩线研究不仅能为我国海岸带管理提供参考,同时也可作为海岸带生态保护宽度的依据。
This paper explains the concept and application of coastal development setback line,mainly interprets how determining the distance of coastal development setback line foundation of physical processes.Based on this,type of coastal and social-economic processes can also as a basis of setback distance.At the end of the article,combined with the actual situation in china,it puts the preliminary idea of set coastal setback zone in China.The research of coastal development setback line not only offers reference for our coastal management,but also as a basis of coastal protection scope.
