摘要
研究了季铵盐和SW303在海水体系中对海洋明亮发光杆菌及蒙古裸腹溞的急性毒性作用,采用直线内插法,得到季铵盐和SW303对海洋明亮发光杆菌的EC50分别为3.75 mg/dm3和0.31 mg/dm3;季铵盐和SW303对蒙古裸腹溞的24 hLC50分别为0.65 mg/dm3和3.10 mg/dm3;48 h LC50分别为0.58 mg/dm3和1.91 mg/dm3。比较试验结果,可以得出SW303对发光细菌具有较强的抑制作用,在相同的试验周期内,蒙古裸腹溞对季铵盐比较敏感,随着时间的延长,两种药剂对蒙古裸腹溞的致死效应增强。
This paper dealt with the acute toxicity of quaternary ammonium salt and SW303 to Photobacteium phosphoreum and Moina mongolica Daday in seawater environment,which concluded that the EC50 of ammonium salt and SW303 to P.phosphoreum was 3.75 mg/dm3 and 0.31 mg/dm3,24 h LC50 to M.Mongolic Daday was 0.65 mg/dm3 and 3.10 mg/dm3 and 48 h LC50 was 0.58 mg/dm3 and 1.91 mg/dm3 with the method of linear interpolation.The inhibiting effect of SW303 to P.phosphoreum was more prominent,M.mongolic Daday was more sensitive to quaternary ammonium salt during the same experimental period and the lethal effect was increased with the time prolonged through comparing the results.
