摘要
为了研究河南烤烟(Nicotiana tobacum L.)标准样品中细胞壁物质总含量状况,采用体积比为2∶1的苯、乙醇混合液加热萃取的方法,对河南烤烟标准样品中细胞壁物质总量进行分析,比较了不同组别、不同部位、不同颜色、不同等级烤烟的细胞壁物质总量,根据细胞壁物质含量对烤烟样品进行聚类分析。结果表明:(1)河南烤烟标准样品中细胞壁物质平均含量为30.48%,分布比较集中;(2)不同组别烤烟细胞壁物质总量表现为:主组烟叶<副组烟叶;(3)不同部位烤烟细胞壁物质总量表现为:下部叶>中部叶>上部叶;(4)不同颜色烤烟细胞壁物质总量表现为:非基本色烟叶>柠檬黄色烟叶>橘黄色烟叶>红棕色烟叶;(5)同一主组内的烟叶随着等级的升高,其细胞壁总量呈降低趋势;(6)根据细胞壁物质含量的高低,将烤烟标准样品分为3类。
In order to study the total contents of cell wall substances in flue-cured tobacco （Nicotiana tobacum L.） leaves for standard samples from Henan Province,heating and extraction was used by mixture with the volume ratio of benzene to ethanol 2∶ 1.The total content of cell wall substances in fluecured tobacco leaves for standard samples from Henan Province was analyzed,and total contents of cell wall substances in flue-cured tobacco leaves among different groups,different positions,different colors and different grades were compared,according to contents of cell wall substances,flue-cured tobacco leaves were cluster analyzed.The results indicated that （1） the average content of cell wall substances was 30.48% which in flue-cured tobacco leaves for standard samples from Henan Province,the distribution was relatively concentrated.（2） The total contents of cell wall substances showed the trend of main group tobacco 〈 deputy group tobacco for different groups.（3） The total contents of cell wall substances showed the trend of lower leaves 〉 cutters 〉 upper leaves for different positions.（4） The total contents of cell wall substances showed the trend of non-basic color tobacco 〉 lemon yellow tobacco 〉 orange tobacco 〉 reddish-brown tobacco for different colors.（5） The total contents of cell wall substances decreased with elevated of grades of main group tobacco.（6） According to content of cell wall substances,flue-cured leaves for standard samples were divided into three categories.
