摘要
烟曲霉毒素作为一种真菌次级代谢产物广泛存在于谷物和饲料中,严重危害人和动物的健康,本文就烟曲霉毒素的污染现状及毒性作用研究进展作一综述。
Fumonisin as a fungal secondary metabolites widely existed in grain and feed ,seriously ＇affecting the health of human and animal,the research progress of pollution status and toxic effect of fumonisin were reviewed in this article.
