咪唑类离子液体应用于沼气分离的研究

摘要 选取咪唑类室温离子液体浸渍有机高分子微孔膜制备了支撑离子液膜,扫描电镜结果表明膜基质被离子液体充分浸润并且充满微孔内部,采用自制气体渗透仪测试了支撑液膜的CO2与CH4渗透性能,结果表明:微孔基质对于膜性能影响较小而阴阳离子的选取对于膜性能的改善具有重要影响。 Supported ionic liquid membranes were prepared by impregnating microporous organic polymer mem- brane with room temperature imidazole ionic liquids. SEM results showed that the mieroporous matrix was fully infiltrated by ionic liquid and the micropores were filled with ionic liquid. The permeability performance of CO2 and CH4 in SILMs ob- tained using self-made gas permeability tester revealed that membrane performance was less affected by matrix constituents and considerably influenced by the selection of anion and cation of ionic liquid.
