摘要
研究了不同浓度的Na2CO3对驼蹄瓣种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度的Na2CO3胁迫对驼蹄瓣种子的萌发具有促进作用,当Na2CO3浓度>5 mmol/L时,随着浓度的增大,种子的发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率和发芽指数逐渐降低,相对盐害率逐渐增大,对种子萌发有抑制作用。随着Na2CO3浓度的增大,驼蹄瓣幼苗中叶绿素含量逐渐减少,可溶性蛋白质的含量表现为先上升后下降的趋势;随着Na2CO3浓度的增加,幼苗中丙二醛含量呈增加趋势,与浓度呈正相关性;SOD、POD活性均不同程度的表现为先上升后下降的趋势,在Na2CO3浓度为30 mmol/L时,达到最大值。
In this study,the effect of Na2CO3 with different concentration on the seed germination and physio logical characteristics of Zygophyllum fabago L. seedlings were investigated. The results indicated that lower concentration of salt was beneficial to seed germination, the concentration of NazCO3 〉 5 mmol/L, with an increased salt concentration, the adverse effects became more obvious, which decrease germination rate, vigor of germination, relative germination rate and germination index, but relative salt damage rate was increased. With an increased salt concentration, the chlorophyll contents decreased. The change trend of soluble protein contents showed the first increase and then decrease with the salt concentration increasing, but the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) increased. The change trend of SOD and POD activity were similarly, They were increased firstly, and then decreased as the stress intensity extended, the most significant increase in the concentration of Na2 CO, was 30 mmol/L.
