负重式游泳训练对大鼠十二指肠的影响及分析

摘要 取大鼠的十二指肠进行常规的石蜡切片(±10μm).结果表明:运动组比对照组十二指肠壁厚度不显著变厚;粘膜层厚度显著变薄;十二指肠上皮细胞密度极显著高于对照组;粘膜下层厚度不显著变厚;肌层厚度显著变厚.运动可以增强十二指肠的功能,从而对消化系统有良好的促进作用. The training rats group have been trained to swim for about lmonth while the controlling group have been fed freely in the cages. Then, the rats are killed and the rats duode- num wall are wrapped up by paraffin. These slices are surveyed under the light microscope to compare the thickness of the duodenum wall. Mucosa layer thickness of duodenum. Mucosa is un- der layer thickness of duodenum. Density of epithelial cell and muscle layer thickness of the train- ing group with the controlling group. The result comes up.the thickness of duodenum wall of the training group is not obviously thicker;mucosa layer thickness of duodenum is obviously thinner; density of epithelial cell of duodenum is higher than the controlling group;mucosa under layer thickness of duodenum is not obviously thicker;muscle layer thickness of training group is highly thicker. After the study, the author makes the following conclusion that exercise can improve the digestive system because it can strengthen the function of the duodenum.
