泉州石化港区医学媒介生物分布特征及其影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解泉州石化港区医学媒介生物的分布特征及其影响因素,为石化港区医学媒介生物防控提供科学依据。方法选取三个作业码头,按照《中国出入境检验检疫行业标准》制定8种媒介生物的监测方法,进行为期1年的调查,每月1次,每次2天。结果 (1)鼠密度为1.54%,隶属2目2科3属5种,以臭鼩鼱为优势鼠种,其次是黄胸鼠和黄毛鼠。(2)从5只鼠体表中检出寄生虫,其中蚤1只,为印鼠客蚤;螨类8只,以纳氏厉螨为优势种属,经鉴定隶属1科1属2种。(3)成蚊密度为0.40只/(人工·小时),隶属1科2属2种,以白纹伊蚊为优势种;发现7处积水,培养幼虫,均是致倦库蚊,100mL计数法为11.27条/100mL。(4)蝇密度为40.51只/(笼·日),隶属于4科12属16种,以大头金蝇为优势种,其次是丝光绿蝇和铜绿蝇。(5)蜚蠊年平均密度为0.04只/(盒·夜),隶属2科2属3种,以德国小蠊为优势种。(6)未捕获蜱、蠓。结论基本了解泉州石化港区媒介生物总体情况、作业环境以及生境条件对媒介生物构成的影响。 Objective This paper explores the distribution and influencing factors of medical vectors at petrochemical port in Quanzhou, and provides a scientific basis to vectors control and infectious disease surveillance. Methods 3 petrochemical docks are chosen to carry out the survey. Monitoring methods on 8 kinds of disease vectors are made and carried out two days per month for one year, according to the industry standard of China Entry - Exit Inspection and Quarantine. Results (1) The average rat density is 1.54%. The rats are identified as 2 orders, 2 families, 3 genera and 5 species. S. murinus Linnaeus is the dominant specie, followed by R. fiavipeetus and R. losea. (2) Parasites are found in five rats, including one flea, X. cheopis Rothschild; 8 mites of l families, 1 genera and 2 species, Nessler Li mites being the dominant species. (3) The average adult mosquitoes density is 0.40 per labor per hour, and thy are identified as 1 families, 2 genera and 2 species. Aedes albopictus is the dominant specie. A total of 7 hydrops are found, and larvae are cultivated and identified as Culex Fatigans, counting of 11. 27 / 100ml. (4) The annual average flies density is 40.51 per cage per day, and they belongs to 4 families, 12 genera and 16 species. C. megacephala is the dominant specie, followed by Lucilia sericata and P. fly accounted. (5) The average cockroaches density is 0.04 per box per night, and they are identified as 2 family, 2 genera and 3 species. German Cockroach is the dominant species. (6) NO ticks and midges are captured. Conclusion The background situation of disease vectors at Quanzhou petrochemical port is clearly understood. Petrochemical port operation environment and habitat conditions affect the composition of vectors.
