摘要
系统范式是对技术创新领域研究的一种方法,其中,系统功能分析是系统范式的核心内容之一。文章按照一般的逻辑关系,研究创新生态系统的功能、动力及其政策含义等内容。在回顾创新系统功能学术观点的基础上,对创新生态系统的功能进行设计,分析这些功能的相互关系,探讨创新生态系统的动力机制,提出创新生态系统建设的政策含义。
System paradigm is an approach in the research of technological innovation in which the system functional analysis is one of the core content. According to the general logic, the paper studies the functions, Dynamics and policy implications of innovation ecosystem. First, based on retrospecting the academic point of view of innovation system functions, innovation ecosystem functions are designed and the relationship between these functions analyzed; Then, the dynamic mechanisms of which are probed; Finally, its policy implications are put forward.
