摘要
利用数据包络分析法(DEA)及MaxDEA5软件,对60家知识密集型服务业上市公司2010-2012年的经营绩效进行了实证分析,结果表明:知识密集型服务业的整体经营效率不高,处于DEA有效状态的公司不足20%;且有高达58.33%的样本公司正处于规模报酬递减阶段。因此,急需调整我国的知识密集型服务业的发展模式,以科技创新而非规模扩张来带动其经营绩效水平的平稳提高。
This paper analyzes the operating efficiency Of 60 knowledge intensive business service industry listed companies from 2010 to 2012, by using the data envelopment analysis （DEA） and MaxDEA5. The results indicate that the overall efficiency of knowledge intensive business service industry is not high at present and there are less than 20% of the companies that can achieve the DEA valid state. What＇s more, there are up to 58. 33% of the sample companies that are in the stage of scale diminishing return. Therefore, it＇s needed to adjust the developing mode of knowledge intensive business service industry of our country with the innovation of science and technology rather than the scale expansion to drive the improvement of it＇s operating efficiency level stability.
