摘要 目的 :评价经导管用蘑菇单盘封堵器封堵动脉导管未闭 (PDA)的即刻和短期疗效。方法 :自 1998年6月~ 1999年 10月 ,32例PDA患者 ,其中 2例为PDA结扎术后再通。结果 :主动脉弓降部造影显示PDA属KrichenkoA型 2 8例 ,C型及E型各 2例 ,PDA最窄处直径 1.5~ 8mm ,平均直径 (4 .0± 1.3)mm。正常肺动脉压6例 ,轻度肺动脉压增高 2 3例 ,中度增高 3例。全组病例封堵器均放置成功 ,无并发症发生。结论 :应用蘑菇单盘封堵器封堵直径达 8mm的PDA是安全、有效的非外科手术方法。 Objective: To evaluate the immediate and short term results of transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) using Amplatzer duct device. Methods: From June 1998 to October 1999, 32 patients with PDA were closured by transcatheter with Amplatzer duct device. Two of them had previous surgical ligation with clinically evident recanalization. Results:According to the classification adopted by Krichenko 28 patients had PDA of type A, 2 of type C and 2 of type E. The mean PDA diameter at its narrowest segment was 4.0±1.3 mm (ranged from 1.5 to 8.0 )mm. 6 patients had normal pulmonary pressure. slight pulmonary pressure for 23 patients, moderate pulmonary pressure for 3 patients. The device was successfully placed in the PDA in all patients. No other complications were found. Conclusion: Transcatheter closure of PDA is a safe and effective nonsurgical method in the closure of PDA with 2 mm diameter up to 8 mm(3/32 cases)using Amplatzer duct device.
