摘要
图书馆不仅仅为公众提供信息共享服务,还记录城市变化发展轨迹、承载城市文明、反映城市文化特征并传承着城市文化.第三空间语境中,图书馆需要提升社会参与能力,体现开放、平等与包容,实现服务范式的转变,发挥城市休闲功能,开发城市休闲价值,培养公众休闲价值行为判断,提升公众休闲素养,构建城市多元文化融合的公共平台和文化公共空间.
Libraries not only provide the public with information sharing services, but also record the track of changes in urban development, host the urban civilization, reflect the characteristics of urban culture, and carry the cultural heritage of the city. In the third space context, libraries need to upgrade the capacity of social participation, reflecting the openness, equality and tolerance to achieve service paradigm shift, and to play urban leisure functions, develop their recreational values, as to foster the public recreational values determine behavior, and improve public leisure literacy, construct an urban public platform for multicultural integration and cultural public space.
