摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在诊断剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠的价值。方法对我院2007年1月～2012年12月经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查诊断剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠46例的超声声像图做回顾性分析。结果经临床和病理分析证实，超声诊断符合率89．13％（41／46），误诊率10．87％（5／46），其中单纯孕囊型25例，团块型14例，部分位于宫腔型2例（2例不全流产误诊为疤痕妊娠，3例侧、后壁下段妊娠误诊疤痕妊娠）。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对剖宫产术后子宫疤痕妊娠的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value in the diagnosis of CSP with trasvaginal color doppler ultrasonogrphy. Methods Forty- six cases of CSP from January 2007 to December 2012 were collected. Their sonographic characteristics were analized retrospectively and individualy. Results The coincidence rate of examination of CSP with transvaginal sonography was 89.12%. The misdiagnosis rate was 10.87%, approved by the clinical and pathological result. 25 cases were simple gestational sac type, 14 cases were mass type, 2 cases were the type of partial intra - uterine and partial in secarean scar （ 2 cases of incomplete abortion and 3 cases whoes pregnancy focus was in the wall of the back or side of the uterine lower segment were misdiagnosised CSP）. Conclusion TVS is very important for the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of CSP.
