摘要
根据规划设计方案,刘老涧站设计流量为80 m3/s,通过模型装置性能试验,选用TJ04-ZL-23水力模型进行初步设计,确定原型泵的装置性能曲线,结合泵站扬程和流量的要求,确定原型水泵和配套电动机各种参数。由导流方案、膨胀土处理及泵装置优化等因素,确定了原型水泵的转速,并选定TJ04-ZL-06水力模型进行设计。根据水力损失和临界汽蚀余量推算出安装高程,根据刘老涧站的扬程变化范围和年运行时间,为保证泵站高效运行以及流量调节的灵活性,采用叶片液压全调节方式,并根据刘老涧站工程特点和实际情况采用肘形进水流道、虹吸式出水流道、真空破坏阀断流,从而最终确定该站原型机组主要参数、水泵主要部件的结构及选材。
According to the plan design,Liulaojian Station design flow is 80 m3/s. The performance model test device used TJ04-ZL-23 hydraulic model for preliminary design,determined the device performance curve prototype pump,the pumping station lift and flow requirements and deter-mined the various parameters of the prototype pump and motor. By the diversion scheme,the expansive soil treatment and pump device optimization and other factors,determined the prototype pump speed and selected the TJ04-ZL-06 hydraulic model for design. According to the hydraulic loss and critical cavitation allowance,it calculated the installation height,head range from Liulaojian Station and operation time,to ensure the efficient operation of pumping station and the flexibility of flow regulation,the blade hydraulic pressure adjustment mode;engineering characteristics and the actual situation to use elbow inlet conduit,siphon outlet conduit,the vacuum breaking valve flow of the Liulaojian Station,which ultimately deter-mined the structure and the material of the prototype unit main parameters and pump main parts.
