摘要
针对当前车辆装备保障方案评价方法的不足,构建了车辆装备保障方案评价指标体系,提出一种基于集对势的车辆装备保障方案优化模型,并举例说明了该模型的应用。该模型不仅能从宏观上对车辆装备保障方案进行“评价排序”得出“最优”,而且可以从微观上分析各个车辆装备保障方案的优劣之处,组合优化出一个“更优”的新方案。
In order to solve the problems and deficiencies of Vehicle Equipment Support Scheme (VESS) evaluation methods, this paper establishes a new optimization model of VESS by using of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Set Pair Situation, which can not only evaluate and choose the "best" from many schemes macroscopically, but also can analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of every scheme microcosmically, then brings forward a new and better scheme by optimizing and combining it. It sets an example to explain how to use this method.
