Excel在化妆品中对苯二胺含量不确定度评定中的应用

摘要 完成气相色谱法测定化妆品中对苯二胺不确定度的评定。参照GB/T24800.12-2009中第二法,对化妆品中对苯二胺含量的测定建立不确定度模型。利用Excel分别对其不确定度分量进行计算,并计算报告不确定度。经计算,化妆品中对苯二胺含量为0.58%,相对标准不确定度为0.04%,包含因子k=2,扩展不确定度U(x)=0.07%。利用Excel使得不确定度评定过程更简便,且不易出错,对同类评定具有参考意义。 Complete the evaluation of the uncertainty of determining p -phenylenediamine in cosmetics with GC. A mathematical model which for the determining p - phenylenediamine in cosmetics was created refers to the second method in GB/T24800.12 -2009. Uncertainty components were calculated with Excel to receive the report uncertainty. After calculation, The content of p -phenylenediamine in cosmetic was 0.58%, and the relative standard uncertainty was 0.04% , coverage factors k = 2, and the expanded uncertainty U (x) = 0.07%. The use of Excel makes the evaluation of the uncertainty process easier, and less error, which has a reference value for similar assessment.
