摘要
分析了几种正弦振动实现方式及各自的优劣,阐述了采用电子凸轮实现正弦振动时平滑稳定启停的原理及实现方法,并对耦合时机的选取以及凸轮表的设计进行了说明,对如何利用倍福伺服系统实现高精度任意频率、振幅的正弦振动进行了研究,实现了高精度正弦振动试验装置的研制目的。
This paper analyses the sine vibration implementation ways of their respective advantages and disadvantages, expounds the electronic CAM achieving stable smooth startstop sine vibration principle and realization method, and the selection of coupling time and the design of the CAM table. How to use Beck hoff servo system to realize high precision frequency and amplitude of sinusoidal vibration is studied, which implemented the aim of high accuracy sinusoidal vibration equipment.
