摘要
广西构建我国西南、中南地区开放发展的新的"战略支点"对推动中国与东盟经贸合作有着重要的现实意义。广西战略地位的提升将加快推进中国—东盟经贸合作的深化,正视"战略支点"框架下广西对推进中国与东盟经贸合作的利弊因素和主客观条件,有助于广西在建设"战略支点"中实行有突破性的战略举措。
That Guangxi is to construct the new ＂strategic fulcrum＂ for the open development in the southwest and south-central regions of China will be of important practical significance to promote the China-ASEAN economic ＆ trade cooperation. The ascension of Guangxi＇ s strategic position will accelerate the process to deepen the Chi- na-ASEAN economic ＆ trade cooperation; therefore, to envisage the advantageous ＆ disadvantageous factors and the subjective ＆ objective conditions for Guangxi to promote the China-ASEAN Economic ＆ Trade Cooperation under the framework of the ＂strategic fulcrum＂ is helpful for Guangxi to implement the ground-breaking strategic measures in the construction of ＂strategic fulcrum＂.
