摘要
美国防部为抑制向美走私的船只、车辆和直升飞机，决定原为军用的ＡＮ／ＡＰＧ—７６雷达改进为军、民两用的ＡＮ／ＡＰＧ－７６（Ｖ）雷达。本文在第２节中简叙了ＡＰＧ—７６的原设计情况，在第３节中列出了改进后的ＡＰＧ—７６（Ｖ）增加了能检测地面动目标的高分辨力ＳＡＲ、向地面接收站传送数据的方法及目标自动识别系统的组成．在第４节中给出了ＡＰＧ—７６（Ｖ）在１９９７年试飞后的性能评价。
The Department of Defence (DoD) of the U.S. A. has developed the militaryairborne radar AN/APG-76 into military use and civilian use. In civilian use it is mainly used forthe smugyling interdiction mission.In this paper section 2 introduces the design of the original APG-76, section 3 is the added feature of the improved radar and renamed it as APG-76 (V), itsadded feature is detection the smuggling moving ground (or sea ) targets by using SAR technique.Section 4 gives out the performance evaluation about the APG-76 (V) in the year 1997 after flyingtests.
