摘要
近些年来,新兴市场跨国企业对外直接投资日趋活跃。与发达国家"先行者"跨国公司相比,这些"后来者"在缺乏必要的垄断优势前提下,凭借"非传统型能力"更早、更快地开展国际化经营,这种"非传统型能力"根植于投资企业的母国,是母国在经济转型过程中特殊的制度环境与独有的资源禀赋培育成长起来的竞争优势。由此,本文尝试着对Dunning的国际生产折衷理论(OLI范式)进行必要的补充完善,将其扩展为"H—OLI"框架,以此强调母国特定环境因素(H)在新兴市场企业国际化进程中的重要作用。
This competence, deeply rooted in their home country, is a competitive advantage that has been fostered by special institutional environment and unique resource endowment in their home country. In this light, the OLI paradigm proposed by Dunning should be expanded into a "H-OLI" framework so as to highlight the significant roles home-specific environment factors (H) have played in the internalizing process of the emer-ging market's MNEs.
