摘要
目的:观察比较4种不同水门汀材料FujiⅠ(FUI)、Fuji Cem(FUC)、RelyXTMUnicem(RXU)、RelyXTMARC(RXA))对纤维桩与根管壁牙本质粘结性能及其界面封闭性的影响。方法:选取56个新鲜拔除的无龋损单根管人前磨牙,常规根管充填和桩道预备后,随机分为4组(n=14),分别用上述4种水门汀材料将直径为1.9 mm的玻璃纤维桩粘结于相应组各样本的桩道内;采用20 g/L亚甲基蓝染色、扫描电镜(SEM)和即刻拉出强度(pull-out test)测试,观察各试件粘结界面的微渗漏、界面形貌和粘结强度。结果:RXA组拉出强度最高(277.500±26.072)N,其次为RXU(218.570±12.366)N、FUC(104.300±23.112)N和FUI(73.150±8.187)N,组间两两相比均P<0.05。SEM观察显示:RXA组粘结界面较致密,树脂突长而密;RXU组粘结界面也较为致密,但树脂突短而稀疏;FUI组粘结界面可见较大裂隙,界面结合松散;FUC组较FUI组稍好,其粘结界面相对较致密,裂隙也较小。粘结界面微渗漏RXU组和FUC组明显小于RXA组和FUI组(P<0.05)。结论:不同水门汀材料对纤维桩与根管壁牙本质的粘结性能及界面封闭性均有明显影响。
AIM: To evaluate the effects of Fuji I (FUI), Fuji Cem (FUC), RelyXTM Unicem (RXU) and RelyXTM ARC (RXA) ) cements on the bond strength and microleakage between root canal dentine and fiber post. MEHTODS : 56 freshly extracted and caries - free premolars with single-rooted-canal were collected. After root canal treatment and post space preparation, the teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups( n = 14). The 4 different cements were used respectively to bond fiber posts with diameter of 1.9 mm. The microleakage was observed by dye penetration with 2% methylene blue. The micromorphology of the adhesive layers was observed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The pull out test was performed with a universal testing machine at a crosshead speed of 0.5 mm/min. RESULTS: The bonding strength(N) in group RXA, RXU, FUC and FUI was 277. 500 ±26. 072, 218. 570 ± 12. 366, 104. 300 ±23.112 and 73. 150 ± 8. 187 respectively ( between each 2 groups, P 〈 0. 05 ). SEM observation indicated that longer and more resin tags were observed in RXA group than in RXU group, while some gaps were found in FUC and FUI groups. However, the quality of bonding interface in FUC group was better than FUI group. Mie- roleakage in RXU and FUC groups was less than in RXA and FUI groups. ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: Different cements may produce different bonding properties and different microleakage between root canal dentine and fiber post.
