摘要
目的 探讨手法复位内外侧交叉克氏针固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果.方法 本院2008年1月～2011年1月收治小儿移位型肱骨髁上骨折228例,均在C型臂X线机透视下采用手法复位、闭合内外侧交叉克氏针固定术治疗.结果 228例均得到随访,随访时间为6～24个月,平均13个月.优良率为95.2％.结论手法复位、内外侧交叉克氏针固定小儿肱骨髁上骨折,是一种安全、有效、简便的方法,能有效治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折,提高生活质量.
Objective To discuss about different fixation methods and the clinical efficacies in the treatment of humerus supracondylar fractures in children.Methods 228 cases of children with displaced humerus supracondylar fractures treated in our hospital from Jan. 2008 to Jan. 2011 were treated with manipu｜ative reduction and closed cross kirschner wire fixation under C-arm X -ray machine.Results 228 cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months with the average time of 13 months.According to clinical efficacy,the excellence rate reached 95.2%.Conclusion Ma- nipulative reduction and closed cross kirschner wire fixation is a safe,effective,and convenient way to treat humerus supracondylar fractures in children and improve their quality of lives.
