摘要
比较了家电行业磷化工艺和无磷涂装前处理工艺流程,介绍了在家电涂装前处理行业中取得良好应用的各种无磷脱脂剂配方以及无磷成膜处理剂配方,包括硅烷处理剂、纳米陶化处理剂、硅烷和陶化复合处理剂及其他处理剂配方,为无磷涂装前处理剂的开发应用提供参考。
The process flows of phosphating and phosphorus-free coating pretreatment for household appliance industry were compared. Various phosphorus- free degreaser formula and film-forming treatment agent formula including formula for silane treatment agent, and nano ceramic treatment agent, and silane and ceramic composite treatment agent as well as other treatment agent were introduced, which have been successfully used in household appliance coating pretreatment industry. It provides a reference for development and application of non-phosphorus coating pretreatment agent.
