摘要
为改善超高分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纱线的可编织性,对平行的超高分子质量聚乙烯纤维束进行加捻,捻度分别采用100、125、150捻/10 cm。分析了无捻、加捻后的纱线因其集束性的影响在袜机上编织纬平针织物的外观,以及无捻、加捻后纱线的弯曲刚度、加捻后的纱线和织物中纤维的损伤程度,探讨加捻对可编织性的影响。结果表明,加捻对超高分子质量聚乙烯纱线可编织性有较大的影响,加捻可提高其集束性,降低弯曲刚度,但是对单纤维的损伤有所增加,因此选择适当的捻度可以使超高分子质量纱线的可编织性达到最佳。
For improving the knittability of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) yarn, the parallel fiber set is twisted to 100,125 and 150 twist/10 cm. The effect of the collection property on the appearance of the jersey fabric made on hosiery machine, the bending stiffness and damage of the yarn after twisting are discussed for yarn with different twists and twistless yarn. Thus the effect of the twist on the knittability of the UHMWPE yarn is concluded. It is found that the twist has great effect on the knittability of the UHMWPE yarn, because the twist improves the collection property and reduces the bending stiffness of the yarn, but increases the damage of the fiber. Therefore, the knittability of the UHMWPE yarn having the appopriate twist is the best.
