摘要
设计并采用两次共混方法,以使聚乙烯增韧聚苯乙烯.研究了第二次共混时温度、转速等因素对共混物性能的影响;对一次共混和两次共混的共混物热性能、流变性能进行对比,研究表明:两次共混在一定程度上克服了一次共混的缺点,提高了共混物的抗冲击性能.
In this research work, reactive mixing of PS and high density polyethylene (HDPE) was carried out in HAAKE Rheocord mixer with an organic peroxide initiator, strength enhancement of the blends can be achieved. A two step mixing method was developed. Effects of the factors of the second mixing on the impact strength of the blends, differences between the two step mixing method and the one step mixing method in rheological behavior, thermal properties of the blend were studied.
