摘要
采用不同浓度(5、10、15和20mM)Na2CO3溶液对水稻幼苗进行胁迫处理,研究水稻光合荧光及抗氧化能力的变化情况。随Na2CO3胁迫浓度的增加,叶绿素含量、净光合速率以及水分利用效率逐渐降低;PSⅡ的潜在活性和PSII最大光化学效率显著下降;超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势;电导率、丙二醛以及游离脯氨酸含量均呈上升趋势;根系总吸收面积、活跃吸收面积表现为明显的下降趋势。总之,在Na2CO3胁迫下,低浓度的Na2CO3会诱导抗氧化酶活性,高浓度的Na2CO3对水稻的生长有显著的抑制作用。
Seedlings of rice (Oryza sativa L. ) were subjected to five levels of NazCO~ stress (0, 5, t0, 15 and 20 mM) to assess effects on photosynthesis, chlorophyll fluorescence and antioxidant enzyme activity. With the increasing of Na2COa concentration, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency decreased gradually; Potential activity and maximal photochemical efficiency of PS]I significantly reduced; Activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase increased first and decreased afterwards with the increasing of Na2CO3 concentration. Total absorption area and active absorption area of root significantly decreased; Electric conductivity, MDA and proline content increased with the increasing of NazCOa concentration. In short, low levels of Na2CO3 induced activities of antioxidant enzymes and high levels of Na2 CO3 inhibited rice growth.
