摘要
建设项目是一项复杂的系统工程,其特点是周期长、技术要求高、投资额度大、内部结构复杂和外部联系广。在这个过程中,大量存在不确定的因素。国内外都认为建设工程项目的风险巨大,需要进行系统的风险管理。文章试就国内外建筑工程项目管理中的风险管理动态进行研究述评。
Construction project is a complicated system engineering, its characteristic is, long cycle, high technical requirements, large investment, complex internal structure and external relations. In this process, a lot of uncertainty factors. All think that the risk of a huge construction projects both at home and abroad, the need for risk management system.
