摘要
严重创伤患者具有涉及学科多、救治难度大、时间紧迫等特点,而基层医院各个临床科室无法单独承担严重创伤的救治,面对严重多发伤时往往无法及时组建多学科抢救单元进行抢救,最终导致严重创伤患者往往失去救治机会。因此,找到一种能够对严重创伤患者救治的多学科合作模式至关重要,从患者院前急救到院内抢救,从控制性手术到抢救过程的监护治疗等良好的合作救治模式能够挽救大量多发伤患者的生命。
Patients with severe trauma have features of involving nmhidisciplinary, difficult treatment, and urgency ; facing patients with severe trauma,primary hospital clinical department can＇t bear rescue sepa- rately,and there is ofleu no time for building muhidisciplinary lscue unit. As a result, many patients with severe trauma may lose the rescue chance. Finding a good way of interdisciplinary cmperation that can rescue patients with severe trauma is very important, from first-aid before hospital to hospital reseue, from damage control surgery to intensive treatment, good cooperative treatment may save a lot of lives from multiple trauma.
