摘要 背景咪达唑仑是一种苯二氮革类镇静药物,广泛应用于临床。然而该药引起的矛盾反应(paradoxicalreactions,PR)却没有得到临床医生的足够重视。目的提高对咪达唑仑引起的PR的认识,从而不断提升咪达唑仑镇静的质量。内容介绍咪达唑仑PR的概念、发生机制,并且分析了各种相关因素以及干预措施的利弊情况。趋向PR的发生机制仍不明确。随着对PR发生机制的进一步研究,将能够有更好的方法应对PR的发生。 Background Midazolam, a class of benzodiazepines, is frequently administered to patients for clinical sedation. However, most doctors do not pay sufficient attention to paradoxical (PR) reactions related with midazolam. Objective To call attention to the PR induced by midazolam so as to improve the sedation quality of midazolam. Content This review introduces the concept, mechanism of PR, and analyses some possible factors. It also explores the advantages and disadvantages of the various available treatment options. Trend The exact mechanism of PR remains unclear. As more information is learned regarding the mechanism of PR, better treatment options may become available.
