摘要
美国当代著名环保作家卡伦巴赫的《生态乌托邦》生动描绘了一幅引人入胜的画面。不可持续发展有其自然科学技术根源、社会制度设计根源和哲学根源。可持续发展已经成为当下人类的普世价值观。可持续发展理念的理论自觉在很大程度上是合乎规律性和合乎目的性的统一。合规律性反映的是对客观规律的尊重,合目性的反映的是对人的生存和发展权利的尊重。以科学发展观作为党的指导思想,就要着眼于科学维度与价值维度的有机统一,共同创造"美丽中国"。
In The Ecology Utopia of Callenbach（A prominent environmental writers in United States modem） an attractive picture was vividly described. Unsustainable development has its Natural science and technology sources, Social system design roots and Philosophical roots. Sustainable development has been the Universal values of people.The theory of Sustainable development is to a large extent to meet the regularity and unity of purpose. The regularity reflects the respect for the objective law.The collection accounts reflects respect for human life and the fight to development. With the scientific Outlook on development as the party＇s guiding ideology, we should focus on the scientific dimension and value dimension of organic unity, and work together to create a ＂Beautiful China＂ .
